Can I Return or Exchange an Item?

Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse.

How to Request a Refund

For customers in the U.S., we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at hi@my-revira.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.

  2. Provide a detailed explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations.

  3. If applicable, provide a photo of the product and any required supporting details.

  4. Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.

  5. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

International Orders

At this time, all international orders are final and are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a product was damaged in transit, please provide photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
